“How do I get it all done?”

You’ve asked it. The women around you have asked it. A woman comes to a coach with that question because she’s exhausted, she’s doing everything, and she still thinks the answer is to somehow get better at doing more.

Women are praised for raising a family and making it look good, for working as if they don’t have a family, for being endlessly productive, endlessly giving, endlessly available—all with a smile on their face.

Underneath that question is a need for support. If you want to become a burnout coach for women, that’s where your education needs to begin.

Women are burning out inside a model that asks too much

A Harris Poll for Spring Health found that 80% of employed women reported burnout during the pandemic. A 2026 CNBC/SurveyMonkey survey puts work burnout at 45% of women workers.[1][2]

Think about how many women that represents. Think about the ones you know who work all day, come home to another set of demands, and go to bed wondering why they still haven’t done enough.

I see a systemic problem in the way women have been taught to live. We’re taught to put our needs last, to take care of everyone else first, and to believe we’re only the good girl or the great woman if we keep giving ourselves away.

The good-girl model was never good for her.

When that’s the contract she’s living under, a better calendar leaves the contract intact. We need to help her question what she’s being asked to sustain and whose life benefits from it.

Listen underneath the challenge

This is one of the examples I use when I explain how The Satisfied Method™ works. A woman comes to you asking how to get everything done, and you listen underneath the exhaustion, the anxiety, and the guilt.

What are her responsibilities actually? How much is she tending to that belongs to someone else? What does she think it says about her if she asks for support? Does she even believe support is available?

If she has come to you as a client, she has already taken an important step. She has reached for someone who will help her examine those questions and build a different way forward.

Feminine psychology gives you a framework for that conversation. You understand the woman beneath the problem, the needs she has learned to overlook, and the beliefs that keep her agreeing to a life that depletes her.

Learn to hear the need beneath her exhaustion and help her turn it into a different decision.

Help her make a different decision

Awareness begins the work. Change shows up in her decisions and behavior.

She recognizes that she needs support, and then she learns to make a clear request. She feels the no, and then she learns to issue it. She identifies what drains her, and then she decides what she’s willing to keep doing.

That takes practice, especially in a world that wants to guilt her out of it.

You help her stay with the discomfort of a new boundary without immediately giving it away for someone else’s comfort. You help her understand what belongs to her and what belongs to another adult. You help her build a life around her needs, desires, and energy instead of around everyone else’s expectations.

In The Way of the Satisfied Woman, I call this permission to disrupt. She gets to question the conditions of her life and decide what needs to change. Your role as a coach is to help her live those decisions.

What to look for in burnout coach training

Choose education that teaches you to understand women, listen beneath the presenting problem, and guide practical change. You need a method that reaches beyond the conversation into the way she lives.

Look for coaching demonstrations so you see how the work happens. Look for applied practice so you learn to do it. Look for feedback and assessment so someone sees how you’re integrating the education.

You also need to understand your professional role. Persistent exhaustion needs appropriate medical attention. Coaching supports her choices, boundaries, and actions alongside the other care she needs. WHO’s formal definition of burnout concerns work; women also use the word to describe the broader depletion they experience in daily life.[3]

The woman brings her whole life to the conversation. Learn to understand it while working within your training.

Choose the women you want to help

You’ve lived a life, and some part of that life has taught you exactly what another woman is walking through. You understand the working mother, the professional who wants out, or the woman who has spent decades keeping everyone else afloat.

Bring that connection into your work. Then define what you help her change and how you guide her through it.

Inside The Satisfied Method™, I give you foundations in feminine psychology and a coaching system that you develop into your own professional offer. I want your lived experience to inform who you work with, and I want the education to give you the competence to help her.

I also want the business to honor your life. You deserve work that values your time and energy, gives you money of your own, and leaves room for the things you want to do.

You learn to live satisfied and guide other women into doing the same.

Build a coaching practice that helps women live differently.
