How to Create a $3,000 Coaching Package

Learn How To Create a $3,000 Women's Coaching Package

A $3,000 coaching package takes what you know and turns it into a clear offer: one woman, one problem she wants solved, one meaningful result, and a professional way to help her get there.

Women do not hire a coach because they want six or twelve hours on somebody’s calendar. They hire a coach because something in their life needs to change, and they believe this person knows how to guide them through that change.

That is the entire shift: stop selling your time and start offering a result.

When your coaching package is designed well, your client understands where the work begins, where the two of you are headed, and how you will help her move forward. You also have enough time and structure to do excellent work instead of building a business out of random appointments that never quite add up to a real transformation.

The Central Shift

Stop selling your time. Start offering a result.

What Is a Coaching Package?

A coaching package is the full experience you create to help a client make a specific change. It brings your coaching sessions, method, support, resources, boundaries, and timeline together into one complete offer.

An hourly session sells access to sixty minutes. A coaching package sells skilled guidance through a complete process.

Read Coaching Packages vs. Hourly Coaching for the complete comparison between selling individual sessions and selling a defined engagement.

That difference changes the buying decision. Instead of asking, “Is one hour worth this price?” your client gets to ask a much more useful question: “Is this the result I want, and do I trust this coach to help me get there?”

It also asks more of you as the coach. You need to understand the work well enough to explain what you are helping her change, how the process works, what support she receives, and where the limits of your work are.

Why Sell Coaching Packages Instead of Hourly Sessions?

A single session works well when someone needs focused strategy, help with one decision, or an expert set of eyes on a specific problem. Deeper change takes more than one good conversation.

A coaching package gives both of you:

  • Continuity: Each session builds on the work you have already done together.
  • Enough time: Your client gets to understand the work, practice it, apply it to her life, and return for guidance.
  • A shared destination: You both know what you are working toward.
  • Clear expectations: She knows how access, communication, responsibility, and boundaries work from the beginning.
  • More predictable revenue: You get to plan around complete client engagements instead of hoping to refill your calendar one hour at a time.
  • A stronger reason to invest: She is choosing a meaningful transformation rather than buying an appointment.

A premium coaching package is not an expensive hour. It is a valuable transformation supported by your method, skill, structure, and care.

The Five Parts of a $3,000 Coaching Package

You need to make five things clear: the woman, the result, the method, the structure, and the investment.

1. The Woman

Who is this coaching package actually for?

Describe her through the life she is living now, the problem she already recognizes, and the change she wants. “Women who want empowerment” could mean almost anybody. “Accomplished women who are exhausted from doing all the emotional labor in their relationships” describes a woman who knows exactly why she has stopped to read.

Ask yourself:

  • What is happening in her life when she starts looking for this kind of help?
  • What has she already tried?
  • How does she describe the problem in her own words?
  • What is she ready to decide, build, repair, understand, or change?

The more clearly you see her, the more easily she will see herself in your work.

2. The Result

What will be meaningfully different by the time your work together is complete?

Your result needs to be clear enough that she understands what she is buying and responsible enough that you are prepared to stand behind it. Describe the transformation your coaching supports without promising control over another person, the economy, a diagnosis, or anything beyond your professional scope.

For example:

  • She learns to evaluate her relationship through clear standards of safety, security, trust, and being cherished.
  • She establishes boundaries and makes decisions without organizing her entire life around everyone else.
  • She turns her expertise into a defined coaching method and a professional offer.
  • She creates a grounded plan for a career transition after forty.

“Feel more confident” is not quite enough. Tell her what that confidence will help her understand, decide, or do.

3. The Method

How do you help her move from the problem she has now to the result she wants?

Your method is the backbone of the work. It organizes the ideas, questions, practices, decisions, and stages you use with clients, so your package becomes more than a loose collection of conversations.

You should be able to explain:

  • the major stages of the work;
  • the principles that guide you;
  • the tools and practices you are trained to use;
  • what you need from the client;
  • where your work begins and ends;
  • how the two of you will recognize progress.

Your lived experience gives the work substance. Professional methodology helps you guide a woman whose life, history, and choices are different from yours.

4. The Structure

What does this work need in order to succeed?

This is where you decide how long you will work together, how frequently you will meet, what happens between sessions, what resources she receives, how quickly you respond, how rescheduling works, and how you bring the engagement to completion.

Your coaching package might include:

  • six or eight private coaching sessions;
  • six to twelve weeks of work together;
  • an intake assessment and opening plan;
  • custom exercises or a workbook;
  • clearly defined voice or email support between sessions;
  • a final integration session and next-step plan.

Every part of the package needs to help your client get the result she came for. More access does not automatically mean more value. Give her the access and support that make the work stronger, and set boundaries that allow you to deliver it well.

5. The Investment

What is the full experience worth—to your client and to the business that must deliver it?

Your price reflects the whole engagement: your expertise, preparation, coaching time, support, resources, business costs, taxes, professional development, the importance of the problem, and the value of the result.

A $3,000 coaching package is one possible business choice. It works when your offer is clear, your skill supports the work, the right women want the result, and the client experience lives up to the promise.

What Should a $3,000 Coaching Package Include?

Everything you include needs to serve your client’s transformation.

Your coaching package becomes stronger the more clearly you identify her exact problem and help her solve it. Do not worry about piling on a bunch of bonuses to make the price look impressive. Worry about giving her the guidance, structure, and support that will help her cross the finish line of transformation.

Your package page or enrollment conversation should tell her:

  • who the package is for;
  • which problem you will help her address;
  • what she is working toward;
  • how your method works;
  • how long you will work together and how the sessions are structured;
  • what support she receives between sessions;
  • which resources, assessments, or exercises are included;
  • the investment and payment terms;
  • the boundaries around access;
  • what belongs inside coaching and what needs another professional;
  • exactly how she applies, enrolls, or speaks with you.

If you struggle to explain the package, one of these pieces is probably still too vague. Clear it up before you add more.

An Example of a $3,000 Coaching Package

Let’s imagine a coach who helps women stop doing all the work in their relationships and establish clear standards for partnership.

Illustrative Package

From Over-Functioning to Satisfied Partnership

The woman: An accomplished woman who manages the relationship, anticipates everyone’s needs, and feels unsupported.

The result: She recognizes her standards, stops mothering her partner, establishes clear boundaries, and makes relationship decisions from self-trust.

The method: A women-centered coaching process using feminine psychology, the Four Keys, boundary work, relational discernment, and applied practice.

The structure: Eight weeks, six private sessions, an intake assessment, guided exercises, clearly defined voice or email support, and a final integration plan.

The investment: $3,000, paid in full or through clearly defined installments.

Everything points in the same direction. The coach understands who she serves, what that woman wants, how she guides the work, what is included, and what the full engagement costs.

The $3,000 Coaching Package Income Math

You do not need hundreds of buyers to build meaningful income from a focused coaching practice. You need a small number of well-matched women who understand the result and are ready for the work.

New Clients Package Price Gross Revenue
1 $3,000 $3,000
2 $3,000 $6,000
3 $3,000 $9,000
4 $3,000 $12,000

The equation is simple:

MONTHLY REVENUE GOAL ÷ PACKAGE PRICE = NEW CLIENTS NEEDED

These numbers show gross revenue before taxes, expenses, refunds, payment-plan timing, and the cost of delivering the work.

A $3,000 Price Tag Does Not Create a $3,000 Offer

You could put a $3,000 price tag on three phone calls tomorrow. That would not make the offer worth $3,000.

The value comes from your ability to guide a woman through a meaningful change with skill, integrity, confidence, and a process she trusts.

A premium coaching package needs:

  • A defined methodology: A coherent process that goes deeper than a collection of disconnected tools.
  • Skilled coaching: The ability to listen, discern, guide, challenge, and support change.
  • A clear result: A transformation the right woman recognizes and wants.
  • Professional standards: Ethical scope, boundaries, responsibility, confidentiality, and sound client care.
  • A structured experience: A deliberate beginning, progression, support system, and completion.
  • Clear enrollment: The ability to explain the value and invite the right woman into the work.

This is the difference between having something valuable to say and having a professional practice women trust.

Common Mistakes When Creating a Coaching Package

Building the Entire Package Around the Number of Sessions

“Six sessions plus text support” tells her how the work is delivered. It does not tell her why she needs it. Start with the woman and the result. Then build the sessions around what will help her get there.

Trying to Help Every Woman With Everything

When your offer could apply to anybody, the buyer has to do all the work of figuring out whether it applies to her. Focus the offer so the right woman knows immediately why she is reading.

Promising Something You Do Not Control

You cannot guarantee marriage, income, healing, or another person’s behavior. Define the decisions, skills, understanding, and actions your coaching is designed to support.

Turning Your Own Story Into the Whole Method

Your experience gives you insight. Your client arrives with her own history, resources, relationships, responsibilities, and choices. Professional training teaches you how to guide her without treating your answer as the answer to her life.

Offering Unlimited Access

Unlimited messaging exhausts the coach, confuses the client, and weakens boundaries. Tell her which channel to use, what the support is for, when you respond, and how much access is included.

Piling On Bonuses to Justify the Price

More files, calls, and extras will not rescue an unclear offer. Give her the resources that help her do the work and leave the rest out.

Choosing the Price Before You Design the Package

Get clear about the woman, result, method, and structure first. Then decide whether the value, work involved, business model, and market support the investment.

How to Create the First Version of Your Coaching Package

  1. Name the woman. Write one sentence describing the life she is living now and what she wants instead.
  2. Define the result. Explain what she will understand, decide, establish, practice, or create through the work.
  3. Map your method. Identify the major stages you will use to guide the transformation.
  4. Choose the structure. Decide the timeline, session schedule, resources, support, and boundaries the work needs.
  5. Set the investment. Price the full engagement according to the value, your expertise, the work involved, business expenses, and revenue goals.
  6. Write the invitation. Tell her who the work is for, which problem you solve, what result you are working toward, how the process works, what she receives, what it costs, and what she does next.
  7. Deliver it and pay attention. Listen to the language your clients use, notice where they need more support, and learn which parts of the work create the greatest change.

Your first version gives you somewhere to begin. Real coaching experience will make the package clearer, stronger, and easier to explain.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many sessions should a $3,000 coaching package include?

There is no magic number. The right number depends on the result, your method, the level of support, and the time your client needs to apply the work. Many private packages include six to twelve sessions. A focused intensive or a longer engagement could also support a $3,000 investment. Build the sessions around the result.

How long should a coaching package be?

Give your client enough time to understand the work, practice it, apply it to her life, and return for guidance. Six weeks, eight weeks, and three months are common choices. Choose the length that supports the transformation you are selling.

Can a new coach charge $3,000?

A new coach needs enough training, skill, method, and ethical judgment to serve the client well. When those pieces are in place—and the offer, demand, and client experience support the price—$3,000 becomes a credible business decision.

Should I offer a payment plan?

A payment plan gives your client another way to manage the investment while preserving the full package price. Put the schedule, total amount, due dates, late-payment terms, cancellation terms, and access rules in your coaching agreement.

Do I need a certification to sell a coaching package?

Coaching is generally unlicensed, though rules differ by location and specialty. Substantive training gives you methodology, applied skill, ethical scope, boundaries, and client-care standards. Read what to look for in a feminine coaching certification.

What is the difference between a coaching package and a coaching program?

A coaching package usually describes a defined private engagement. A coaching program could be private, group-based, educational, or a blend of several formats. Either way, the client needs to understand who it is for, what result she is working toward, how the method works, what she receives, what it costs, and where the professional boundaries are.

How do I find clients for a $3,000 coaching package?

Speak clearly about the woman, the problem, and the result. Teach useful ideas through articles, videos, workshops, referrals, professional networks, and direct conversations. The right client needs a way to discover you, understand the value of your work, and take one clear next step.
