Alanna Kaivalya, Ph.D., is the founder of The Satisfied Method™, a contemporary feminine psychology framework for women’s satisfaction and sovereignty.
She holds a doctorate in Mythological Studies with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and has spent more than twenty years studying psychology, mythology, femininity, masculine and feminine dynamics, tantra, eastern spirituality, education, and the conditions that produce lasting transformation.
She is the author of five books, including The Way of the Satisfied Woman, published by New World Library, and has served on the board of the C.G. Jung Foundation for Analytical Psychology.
In 2015, Alanna created the first fully online yoga teacher training. She built an international professional-education company, certified thousands of yoga teachers worldwide, taught more than 30,000 students across her educational programs, and sold the company in 2023.
