MEET THE FOUNDER OF THE SATISFIED METHOD™
Dr. Alanna Kaivalya
Alanna Kaivalya, Ph.D., is an author, educator, speaker, and international training-program founder whose work has helped students and practitioners around the world turn deep knowledge into applied transformation.
She holds a doctorate in Mythological Studies with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and has spent more than twenty years studying psychology, the human condition, mythology, femininity, masculine and feminine dynamics, tantra, eastern spirituality, and the way lasting change occurs.
She is the author of five books, including The Way of the Satisfied Woman, published by New World Library, and has served on the board of the C.G. Jung Foundation for Analytical Psychology.
In 2015, Alanna created the first online yoga teacher training and built an international professional education company that certified practitioners worldwide before its sale in 2023. The Satisfied Method™ brings that depth of educational experience into the field she is here to establish: feminine psychology and the professional training of women who guide women.
She has spent her career building rigorous bodies of knowledge, turning them into teachable methodologies, and training practitioners to carry the work forward with confidence and integrity.
